About the Founder

I am a UW-Madison student who has experienced firsthand the challenges of finding housing in a competitive market. Like many students, I wanted to live in the best apartments, but I often found them fully leased before I even had a chance to apply.

While working at an apartment complex, I learned how leasing works behind the scenes and realized that the system could be improved. Tenants already have valuable lease rights—they just don’t have a way to capitalize on them.
